How to play meeting bingo
Give everyone a card at the start of the session. Players mingle to find a colleague who matches each square and write their name in it. The first completed row or full card wins a small prize; allow ten to fifteen minutes.
What is on the cards
The preset list has 40 items, which is enough for hundreds of unique 5 x 5 cards: You're on mute, Can everyone see my screen?, Let's circle back, Take this offline, Low-hanging fruit, Move the needle, Bandwidth, Deep dive, Touch base, Quick question, Sorry, I was on mute, Can you hear me? and more. Edit the list above to add inside jokes, names or local favourites; the cards regenerate instantly.
Printing
For a party, 4 cards per page on card stock is the sweet spot. For a large-print version, choose 1 per page. Both US Letter and A4 are supported, and the black and white scheme saves ink.
