Refund policy

If a Pro unlock does not do what you needed, you can have your money back within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@quickprintables.com with the email address you paid with. Refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

EU and UK customers

Digital content is delivered immediately at checkout. By completing the purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply; our voluntary 14-day refund promise above applies instead, which is at least as generous.

After a refund

The license key is deactivated and Pro features switch off on your devices at the next check.
